Sold for £8,350 to ‘Ilirija’ Dionicko Drustvo za Brodarstvo, Yugoslavia (Ant Topić, manager) and renamed Rosina Topic.

Owners restyled ‘Ilirija’ Navigation Co Ltd (same managers).

Time chartered to the Ministry of Shipping (later Ministry of War Transport) and registered at Belfast. Renamed Picotee (H Hogarth & Sons appointed managers).
