Completed as Foyle for Charter Shipping Company Ltd. The Foyle is a river of Eire and Northern Ireland, expanding into the lough of the same name at Londonderry; the name had been previously used by James Nourse in 1874.

Management and operation transferred to Trident Tankers Ltd.
1965
Renamed Megna after a river in East Pakistan (later Bangladesh).

Ownership transferred to Trident Tankers Ltd.
1971
Sold to Simfonia Compania Naviera, Piraeus, Greece (Angalef Shipping Co (London) Ltd, managers) and renamed Simfonia.
14.04.1975
Laid up at Piraeus for 3 years.
12.06.1978
Sold to Isaac Manuel Vanella Davalillo to be broken up at Castellon.
09.1978
Demolition began.
