Carried 150 tons of scrap metal from London to Hong Kong, most of which came from the recently demolished P&O building in Leadenhall Street.

Ownership, management and operation transferred to Eastern and Australian Steam Ship Company and renamed Arakawa.
02.08.1970
Ownership, management and operation transferred to British India Steam Navigation Company Ltd, London after the E&A service was containerised. Renamed Teesta and transferred to BI’s New Zealand/Gulf service.

Management and operation transferred to P&O General Cargo Division.
