Delivered as Lady Lisbeth for International Offshore Services (Liberia) Ltd, Liberia. She was the second of five ships built by that shipyard for IOS.

Sold to Tidewater Monrovia Inc (Tidewater Inc, managers) Panama, and renamed Lisbeth Tide.
28.06.1982
Capsized and sank during heavy weather 125km (80 miles) south of Malta in position 34°30’N-14°10’E while on a passage to Tripoli, Libya. There was only one survivor from her crew of ten.
