Launched. The original contract had been made with Societe Navale de l’Ouest, France and subsequently cancelled. It was renegotiated with F C Strick & Co Ltd at an agreed price of £56,000.

Completed as Bardistan for Strick Line (1923) Ltd.
31.05.1923
Takeover of Strick Line (1923) Ltd by The Peninsular and Oriental Steam Navigation Company agreed.
1928
Sold to Cie Navale et Commerciale de l’Oceanie, France, and renamed Saint Roch.
1930
Sold to Societe des Services Contractuels des Messageries Maritimes, France, and renamed Recherche.
1935
Sold to Cia Genovese di Nav, a Vap SA, Italy, and renamed Capo Olmo.
1940
Seized by French authorities at Marseilles and handed over to Great Britain. She was allocated to the Ministry of Shipping, later Ministry of War Transport (Moss Hutchison Line Ltd, managers).
1944
Management transferred to James Burness & Sons Ltd, London.
1945
Handed over to the French Government (Worms et Cie, managers).
1946
Renamed Koufra.
1948
Sold to Les Cargos Algeriens SA, France, and renamed Madali.
1951
Sold to Mazzella et Cie, France, and renamed Leon Mazzella.
1954
Sold for £63,000 to Rami Seferoglu, registered under Seferoglu ye Demirel Vapurculuk Sirketi, Turkey, and renamed Seferoglu.
1976
Broken up at Izmir by her owners.
