Management and operation transferred to Federal Tankers Ltd, London.

Sold to Commercial Tankers Inc, Monrovia (Cosmopolitan Shipping Inc, managers) and renamed Leslie Conway.

Sold to Oswego Merchant Corporation, Monrovia (Marine Transport Lines Inc, managers) and renamed Oswego Merchant.

Collided with the motor tanker Great Loyalty in Singapore Straits, bound Inchon to Bahrain in ballast. Great Loyalty caught fire and ran aground.

Arrived at Kaohsiung, Taiwan to be broken up.
