Sold to Bettina Shipping Co Ltd, Valletta, Malta (Empresa Navegacion Mambisa (Government of Cuba), Havana, Cuba) and renamed Emerald Islands.

Management transferred to Nippon Caribbean Shipping Co Ltd, Tokyo, Japan (Government of Cuba, Havana).
