Completed as Hilde-Hugo Stinnes 10 for Hugo Stinnes, Mulheim.
1919
Ceded to Great Britain as war reparations and put under the control of The Shipping Controller.
1921
Acquired by Coal & Bunkering Co Ltd, Sydney and renamed Balls Head. She was managed by the Union Steam Ship Company of New Zealand.
1932
Union Steam Ship Company of New Zealand ceased to be the managers. She was laid up.
1933
Sold to Tung An Steamship Company Ltd, Shanghai, and renamed Tung Foo.
1938
Lost during the Japanese invasion of China.
