- Completed as Hilde-Hugo Stinnes 10 for Hugo Stinnes, Mulheim.

- Ceded to Great Britain as war reparations and put under the control of The Shipping Controller.

- Acquired by Coal & Bunkering Co Ltd, Sydney and renamed Balls Head. She was managed by the Union Steam Ship Company of New Zealand.
- 1932
- Union Steam Ship Company of New Zealand ceased to be the managers. She was laid up.
- 1933
- Sold to Tung An Steamship Company Ltd, Shanghai, and renamed Tung Foo.
- 1938
- Lost during the Japanese invasion of China.
