Delivered as Landaura for the British India Steam Navigation Company. She was intended for the London/Bombay service.

Suffered a cargo fire while at Hull.

Sold to the newly-formed Mauritius Steam Navigation Company Ltd and registered at Port Louis as Belle Etoile.
27.04.1970
Sold to Agios Stylianos Cia Nav, Piraeus, and renamed Agios Stylianos.
1972
Sold to the Spiritath Cia Nav SA, Piraeus, and renamed Spyridon. They acquired her only for a one-way voyage to the scrappers.
11.05.1972
Delivered for demolition at Shanghai.
